FYI or TMI??? In Ashtanga Yoga, triggering your G-SPOT, meaning pushing the muscle in between your organ and your anus,; i.e; "Muscle Control" is like 2nd way of the basics, it gives you a firm stomach as well. Good Exercise... And nobody ever guessed it alive.
